The rain and cold did not keep us away from our Tuesday gathering. There is always something new to see at the shop, so much new yarn and new ways to display it. Tues night we had a new beginner knitter, in a year she will be knitting through skeins of yarn like the rest of us.
I finished my green socks with the Pagewood Farms Danli yarn. This pattern is Celebrate Spring Socks from www.annbuddknits.com. It was easy to knit, directions were simple and yet they look like difficult socks. The color is Grasshopper! My photos did not load up in order so you will see them again below.
Who would not love having this for their sewing chest! I'm just saying where on earth does Rebecca find these cool things!!!!!

This caught my eye, to bad the lighting didn't capture the pretty yarn done up in a miniature sweater by non other than our very own Fish Lips, Kristen! WOWzer of a job, we all are loving this. Its nice to see how these yarns knit up, the hand and weight so you can gauge for your project.
Well, I am off to start a new pair of socks - toe up this time!
